Booking, Modification & Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Soul Alhijrah Tourism Company.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to booking, modification, and cancellation of tourism services and experiences provided by Soul Alhijrah Tourism Company. By making a booking through our website or communication channels, the customer agrees to this policy.
Booking Policy
* A booking is confirmed once the required information is received and the payment or deposit is completed as required.
* All bookings are subject to availability of the requested date and time.
* The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Modification Policy
* Customers may request changes to their booking prior to the scheduled service, subject to availability.
* Modification requests are approved based on operational feasibility.
* Additional charges may apply if the modification results in additional costs or price differences.
* The company does not guarantee that all modification requests can be accommodated after confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
* Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a 82% refund (18% administrative fee applies).
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service, or failure to attend without prior notice, are non-refundable.
* Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable time according to the company’s procedures and payment method used.
Service Cancellation by the Company
The company reserves the right to cancel or modify any service or tour due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, regulatory requirements, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative arrangement or a refund where applicable.
Late Arrival & No-Show
* Customers are required to arrive at the agreed time and location.
* In case of late arrival affecting the tour schedule, the company may adjust the itinerary accordingly.
* Failure to attend without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
